Our engineering team has doubled with the addition of two senior full-stack engineers who previously built scalable platforms at leading African fintech companies. They are already contributing to our multi-tenant architecture and analytics pipeline.
Content and learning design
We have added an instructional designer with 10 years of experience in African higher education and a multimedia producer who has created award-winning eLearning content for global NGOs.
Customer success
Our new customer success manager brings experience scaling support operations from 50 to 5,000 customers at a fast-growing SaaS company. Every Questence customer now has a dedicated success manager from day one.
