About this role

Own the quality and production of our content and bespoke client courses.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

Design engaging, pedagogically sound course content for diverse learners

Lead a team of content creators, writers, and multimedia producers

Work with client organisations to understand their training needs and design custom curricula

Establish quality standards and instructional design frameworks for the platform

Use learning analytics to continuously improve course effectiveness

Requirements

What we're looking for

5+ years of instructional design or learning experience design experience

Strong portfolio showing sample course designs and learning materials

Deep understanding of adult learning theory, assessment design, and learning science

Experience managing content production pipelines

Based in Lagos or willing to relocate

Nice to have

Bonus points

Experience with SCORM, xAPI, or LTI standards

Background in African education or workforce development

Experience with AI-powered content generation tools
