Overview

About this role

Own the architecture and build of our multi-tenant platform from the ground up.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

Architect and build the core multi-tenant LMS platform from scratch

Make technology decisions that balance speed, scale, and maintainability

Lead the engineering team as we grow, setting standards for code quality and process

Own the full stack: React frontend, Node API, database, and cloud infrastructure

Collaborate with product and design to ship features that delight users

Requirements

What we're looking for

7+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with at least 2 in a lead role

Deep expertise in React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and cloud platforms

Experience building multi-tenant SaaS products

Strong understanding of security, performance, and data privacy best practices

Based in Lagos or willing to relocate (hybrid work model)

Nice to have

Bonus points

Experience in edtech or learning platforms

Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines

Previous startup experience (pre-series A)
