Keep our books clean and compliant through build and launch.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using cloud accounting software

Process invoices, payments, and expense reports

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports

Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax regulations (CIT, VAT, PAYE, withholding tax)

Support budgeting and financial forecasting

Requirements

What we're looking for

5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax and regulatory requirements

Experience with cloud accounting platforms (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)

Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Available on a fractional basis (10–20 hours per week)

Nice to have

Bonus points

Experience with SaaS or startup financial operations

ICAN or ACCA qualification or in view

Experience with payroll processing
